On Monday, Anton Gerashchenko, an adviser to the Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs, shared a video on Twitter that allegedly showed a Ukrainian soldier interacting with a resident of Lyman in the wake of Russian forces retreating from the area on Saturday.
